Topics and reasons

You don't need a diagnosis to start therapy. Perhaps you recognise yourself in one of these areas:

Trauma and distressing experiences

When the past shapes the present.

Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism)

Focus area: assessment and orientation after a diagnosis in adulthood.

Life transitions and crises

When everything changes at once or nothing seems to fit.

Relationship difficulties and conflict

In partnerships, families or other important relationships.

Anxiety and panic

When fear limits your daily life or comes out of nowhere.

Low mood and depression

When energy is gone and everything feels heavy.

Grief and loss

Space for what is missing.

Stress and exhaustion

When your body signals that something needs to change.

Identity and belonging

Questions about who you are, your role and your story.

Therapeutic approaches

Systemic Therapy

Systemic therapy sees people not in isolation, but in the context of their relationships, history and environment. It is solution- and resource-oriented and builds on the strengths that are already there.

EMDR

EMDR is a scientifically recognised method for processing distressing experiences and trauma-related symptoms. It helps to reprocess memories and burdens that have become stuck, so they have less of a hold on your current life.
